DIRECTED BY: Bruno Mourral | Haiti | 2017 | 50M | NOT RATED

Port-au-Prince by night. Doc (Jasmuel Andri) and Zoe (Rolapthon Mercure) are just hired to deliver an unknown package. Their job comes with three essential rules: Never stop the car. Never roll down the windows. Never open the trunk. Doc and Zoe stumble upon a dog at a crossroad. Every crossroad requires a sacrifice. Their decision will change their path irreversibly.

“An endlessly amusing trek through the Haitian night with two green criminals and the body in the trunk that won’t shut up … Bruno Mourral, the director, finds the inherent lunacy in crime’s minutiae through two characters who retain their humanity in increasingly cartoonish situations. The latter achievement is, in no small part, due to the efforts of Andri and Mercure, who are surprisingly comfortable in that negative zone between drama and comedy.” — Hunter Lanier, Film Threat
